This month’s Poem of the Month is a special collaboration of the members of a monthly Spanish meditation group that has been meeting for several years. After our January meditation, the participants captured their experience in small poems, which we have joined together here to make one collaborative work. It has been transcribed here exactly as written by participants, which accounts for variations in punctuation, formatting and accenting.  This could be a “poem in motion” in that the order of the stanzas can be continually re-arranged to make a new poem. It is currently a mix of Spanish and English – how it was written by the participants. ENJOY!

Y que el sol interno se palma,
se abraza desde la fuente interna,
envuelve, abraza, emborga y el paso
de la sensación se expande enorme
ilimitado como un oceano infinito
que ahora ya no contemplo o experiencio
sino que viste de alas etéreas que
logra alcanzar el universo entero!

Este momento de mi vida se va a
convertir en mi realidad y verdad de mañana
This moment in my life will
turn into the reality and truth of my tomorrow.

Entre más me adentro en esta busqueda
mas profondo llego a esta expansión
hacia el Universo.

We are all together
on this Spiritual Journey
making different stops
meeting again and again.

Nada en este hermoso camino de vida
es coincidencia y casualidad,
estamos juntos y compartimos
vivencias espirituales por una razon.

Mi espiritú está alimentado
llegó a mi luz, paz y tranquilidad
trato cada dia transmitin algo positivo.

La energia de “Dios” hace que
nuestro grupo sea unido y poderoso.
Gracias por esta linda experiencia.

Crecemos cuando tenemos experiencia grupal
Recordamos que somos únicas, pero parte de un todo. 

Energia que llama, que abre y descubre
canales que flyen y comunican que
inclyen y ofrecen nuevas perspectivas.
